Note: Six members from UB Group and Six members of
East Bengal Club form the Board of Directors. The nominees from East
Bengal Club are selected by the members of the Executive Committee
of East Bengal Club. The Chairman directly inducts the nominees of
UB. The Chairman of the company is The Chairman of UB Group and The
Managing Director is from EB. The members of the Board are directly
involved in running the football A-team which is a company registered
under Companies Act 1956. Day to day activities of the football team
are looked after by the Football Team Manager - Mr. Swapan Ball who
was appointed by the Chairman on the recommendation of the members
of the Board.
